Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 September 2026

These Terms of Use apply to this ONOFF website, which is operated by ONOFF Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15431111 (“we”, “us” and “our”). Our registered office and contact details are below. Please read these terms before using the website. It is intended for business users aged 18 or over. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using it. These are website terms: they do not themselves create a contract for the purchase of goods, trade coordination, credit, insurance or any other transaction. A separately agreed written contract governs any such arrangement and takes priority for that transaction. Our Privacy Policy, available through the footer, explains how personal information is handled; accepting these terms is not consent to optional marketing or tracking.

ONOFF is a group brand used by separate legal entities. ONOFF Limited, established in Abu Dhabi Global Market, UAE, operates a marketplace connecting suppliers and importers; it does not provide financing or underwrite credit. ONOFF Services Limited operates this website and does not provide credit. ONOFF Financial Solutions Ltd, incorporated in British Columbia under number BC1529379, is a separate entity and does not provide credit through this website. Where financing is available, an independent credit provider or its funding vehicle provides it under separate agreements and makes the final credit decision. For approved trades, that provider takes on the importer’s repayment risk under the agreed terms. This does not remove a supplier’s own obligations under its transaction agreements. Financing disbursements and repayments do not pass through any ONOFF entity. Any ONOFF introduction, assessment or non-binding recommendation is a separate role, undertaken only where legally permitted. The relevant entities, their roles and any applicable regulatory status will be identified before you proceed. Availability depends on your jurisdiction and the proposed transaction.

Use this website lawfully and provide information relevant to your enquiry. When submitting a request for a business, you must have authority to do so. Any portal or account introduced later may have additional terms presented before use. In particular:

  • Provide accurate information and tell us about material changes. Do not impersonate another person or business, submit misleading documents, or provide personal information or confidential material that you have no lawful authority to disclose. Do not send passwords, card details or identity documents through the general contact form.
  • Do not misuse forms, send spam, introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, or use the website to facilitate unlawful activity, sanctions evasion or fraudulent trades.
  • Do not scrape or harvest personal information, bypass access restrictions, or reproduce substantial website content for commercial exploitation without permission, except where permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for the security of the devices and connections you use to access the website.

Submitting an enquiry, requesting financing or receiving an initial indication is not an approval, binding offer or promise to complete a trade. Availability depends on the parties, goods, countries, checks, applicable law and provider requirements. We may decline a request where it cannot be supported lawfully or commercially. For any proposed transaction:

  • The relevant provider determines credit eligibility, limits and terms. References to payment upfront or up to 120 days to pay are conditional, not an entitlement. The written agreement must state the payment trigger, start and end dates, required documents, conditions, costs, fees and repayment obligations. No website statement commits an ONOFF entity to advance funds or guarantee repayment.
  • The relevant agreements determine who buys and sells the goods, who owns them at each stage, shipment responsibilities, insurance, inspection scope, acceptance, payment and allocation of risk. Counterparty checks, sourcing support and inspections cannot guarantee another party's performance, the absence of fraud, product quality or delivery. Any specific protection against buyer or supplier default must be expressly agreed in writing.
  • Any ONOFF coordination or referral fee, relevant commission arrangement and material conflict of interest will be disclosed where applicable before you commit. Do not send financing or repayment funds to ONOFF on the strength of website content. Follow the independently verified payment instructions in your signed transaction documents. Using this website does not appoint ONOFF as your agent, fiduciary or authorised signatory.

The website's text, design, logos, images and software belong to ONOFF or its licensors, except for content identified as belonging to others. You may view it and keep reasonable copies for your business's internal evaluation, retaining copyright and ownership notices. Other use requires the right holder's permission unless allowed by law. Submitting an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your material to us; it permits the use reasonably necessary to handle your request, subject to confidentiality obligations and the Privacy Policy. Links to selected reading, social media and other external websites are provided for convenience. Those publishers control their content and terms; a link does not imply endorsement, partnership or a guarantee of accuracy.

We take reasonable care with website content but it may contain errors, become outdated or describe features still being developed. General website material is not a personalised legal, tax, investment or credit recommendation. Obtain the relevant written terms and any independent advice you need before making a commercial decision. The following provisions concern website use only:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or that the website will always be free from bugs or harmful code. We will not be responsible for failures of external websites or systems that we do not control, except to the extent that applicable law makes us responsible.
  • To the extent permitted by law and reasonable in the circumstances, we exclude liability to business users for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings or business opportunity arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information. This does not exclude obligations or remedies under a separately agreed transaction contract.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer, data protection and other statutory rights remain unaffected.

We may update website content and these terms. The date above identifies the current version; material changes will receive an appropriate notice. Changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite an existing transaction agreement. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, misuse or legal compliance, and provide notice where reasonably practicable. Descriptions of planned features do not commit us to a launch date or functionality unless separately agreed in writing. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as legally possible. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.

These website terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory law providing otherwise, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over those disputes. This does not remove rights to bring a complaint to a competent regulator or any mandatory protections or court rights that apply in another jurisdiction. Separate agreements for marketplace activity, trade coordination, the sale of goods or financing may identify a different contracting entity, governing law and dispute process.

For questions or concerns about this website or these terms, contact ONOFF Services Limited using the details below or the Contact page. Please identify the relevant page or enquiry so that we can investigate. Questions about a signed transaction should also be sent to the contracting party identified in that agreement.
